A one-day seminar on” Advancement in Scientific Technologies: Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection” was organized by RNB Global University. On this day the target audience comprised of all the SOET, SOBAS and SOA Students.
The Seminar was commenced by Mr. Yuvraj Bhatnagar (Dean of Academics) extended a warm welcome to the Guest Speakers and all the participants. Dr. Neha Sharma and Dr.Y.B Mathur give the memento to Dr. Y. B. Mathur and Dr. Rohit Mishra give memento to Dr. Anil Kumar Chhangani and Dr. Dipali Gupta felicitated to Dr. Pushpendra Singh and Dr. Pradeep Pilania felicitated to Dr. Vipin Saini also expressed his views regarding the seminar as well. The Seminar began with Dr. Y. B. Mathur and he delivered the lecture on Type of Energy and how to save it and also, he showed some research on energy renewable.
Dr. Anil Kumar Chhangani delivered the lecture on “Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection”. He raised some issues on energy conservation and then also provided the solution.
Dr. Pushpendra Singh delivered the lecture on power system restructuring, power quality, integration of DERs, demand side management, power system stability, smart grid, distributed generators, climate change mitigation.
Dr. Vipin Saini delivered the lecture on Development and characterization of nanomaterials for their environmental applications, such as selective adsorption of gases and vapors for separation and purification; adsorptive removal of emerging water pollutants, Valorization of wastes and by-products through Green Chemistry.
At the end of the guest lecture open session was conducted for all the students. In this open session student asked number of queries on energy conservation, environmental protection, Power System and Green Chemistry.
The Seminar concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Dipali Gupta. She gave thanks to our guests, faculties and students. She expressed her hope that the participants would continue to extend their active participation in academic activities of RNB University.
