A “Two days National Conference on Emerging Horizons of Indian law’’ was Organized by the School of Law, RNB global University Bikaner on 14th and 15th December 2019.Conference was inaugurated by Chief Guest Prof. U. C. Sankhala, Former Vice Chancellor, B.R. Ambedkar Rajasthan Law University.
Soon after the Inaugural session, the first Working session on “New Dimension in Consumer Law” began. It was chaired by Prof. (Dr.) U. C. Sankhla. The Keynote Speaker (Resource Person) for this session was Dr. Anjay Kumar, Assistant Professor Delhi University.
The Second technical session was on “Protection of Intellectual Property Right in India.” was chaired by Dr. Anjay Kumar, Assistant Professor, University of Delhi,Delhi. The keynote Speaker (Resource Person) for the session was Dr. Kumud jain (Associate professor, Govt. PG Law College, Bikaner).
The Third Working session was on “Necessity of Reforms in Personal Laws” and the session was chaired by Prof. Komal Audichya, JNU University Jaipur. The Keynote Speaker for this session was Prof. U.C. Sankhla.
on second day of this National Conference total three working sessions were organized. The topic of Working Session – 1 was “Changing Trends in Environment Law and the Role of Judiciary.’’
This session was chaired by Prof. (Dr.) K.B. Asthsana, Professor, Faculty of Law, CPJ-CHS. The Keynote speech was delivered by Prof. Komal Audichya, JNU University, Jaipur. In this session five papers were presented.
The topic of Working Session – 2 was “Scope of amendment in law of crimes in India.” Session was chaired by Prof. Komal Audichya. The Keynote speaker was Dr. Sanjula Thanvi, Director, UFYLC, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur
The Third technical session on 15th December was on “Law of Business Transactions” and the session was chaired by Dr. Sanjula Thanvi, Director UFYLC, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The Keynote Speaker for this session was Prof. K. B. Asthana, who enlightened the participants on the topic Banking and non-performing Assets for creating the awareness amongst the students too. A total of five papers were presented in this session.
The RNBGU Conference on Emerging horizons of law session once again remained fortunate to have the presence of eminent personalities at the end of the session on the second day after capturing the moments with the speakers, guests and resource persons. The Programme ended with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Swati Agrawal, Convener of the even, Assistant Professor in School of Law.
