Mr. Saurabh Sharma, Director and CEO, H Factor, Noida Conducted a webinar on “Preparing for Placement interview as per prevailing market norms” in which he discussed the contents of resume with MBA Final Semester students. During his interaction, he highlighted the importance of framing career objectives and how these can be revised to suit the prospective employer. He elaborated on the key points that student should mention practical experience like internships, projects, areas of interest, skills and competencies such that the probability of getting shortlisted can be maximized. He further added that the resumes should be able to match the capability with company requirements thereby increasing chances of being shortlisted. He appreciated the format and structure of resumes prepared by the students and advised to be creative to add some personal style if required.
This was followed by taking up FAQs of placement interviews and the discussed how they can skilfully give impressively replies, perhaps in a minute’s time!
The session was an interactive wherein students cleared their doubts and misconceptions about behaviour pattern during an interview. Such an interactive session on behavioral pattern during the placement process really helps the candidates to groom in professional life.
