4th HR conclave organized at RNB based on the theme "Emerging Trends in Arena of Human Resource and Leadership Traits". All the student attended the Conclave along with the faculty members. The event started with an opening welcome address given by MBA –III semester students followed with introductory note by Dr. Yuvraj Bhatnager, Dean-Academics-RNB Global University, Bikaner. He said that in today's complex world, organizations should be more proactive and adaptive towards the changing environment. The event was further addressed by Mr. Samar Mahapatra, Head -Centre of Leadership Development by giving audience an introduction about the distinguished invited speakers and their accomplishments followed with lighting of lamp by dignitaries. Further, during the session the speakers deliberated on the various sub topics. Many reputed companies’ HR Head and Training Head were present in this Conclave. The Conclave provided a platform for the students of the University to interact with panelists and exchange experiences and practices in the field of HRM. After the lighting of lamp all the guests were spoken on the various topics. The discussion was as follows:
Mr. Rajan Sinha - CEO Of Manatrna Consulting, Noida shared the data that reveals i.e., of the 1200 global HR executives surveyed from 64 countries, 39% of forward-looking and ambitious HR managers use tools and experiences to redefine obsolete models and incorporate innovations such as automation, automated labor and AI.

The panel discussion started with deciding where to focus an organization in modern times, where technology plays a vital role. It is necessary to have an agile workspace that attracts the millennial with recreational facilities. The panelists made an analogy by saying that an organization should become more cognitive and agile to the various sets of talent it hires, as one size doesn't fit all, and millennial appreciate this behavior.
After the session, the students asked the questions and all the experts answered them aptly. The students got valuable insights on current HR functions, role of HR in the emerging trends, Impact of technology on the HR Functions and future of CHRO’s. The session ended with Valedictory session conducted.
The University has been engaging such illustrious corporate leaders on campus since inception to encourage a stimulating academic environment for the students, which is in synergy with the industrial adoptions.
